I was dissatisfied during my recent experience at Norms Reevs Honda, due to the lack of commincation with Jonathan Romero.
My appointment was at 7:20 AM (april 21,2025)
My vehicle took over 24 hours to complete, finding out at 4:39PM (April 21,2025) that my vehicle would have to stay over night.
Causing me to miss school and work, and paying an Uber to pick up my vehicle the next day (April 22,2025).
On April 21 at 4:39pm, Jonathan said he would call me in the morning to communciate about my car.
On April 22,I did not recieve a phone call until 1:57pm.
I called at 11:30am and left a voicemail, i waited 2 hours and called again at 1:30pm with no answer.
I was frustrated and called for a supervisor, christina.
I am not upset at the service/mechanics. I am upset with the lack of commincation with Jonathan Romero.

Had an appointment, for service, and was told it would only take an hour but it took almost 3 hours. Which is fine as long as you don’t quote one time when the time was actually tripled.
