I would like to speak to the general manager Vince. The wait time consumers are expected to wait for a basic oil change is unprofessional as it is extremely Lengthy . Why schedule appointments at 9:30 when the vehicle is parked for over three hours before getting put into the shop!! It is poor management as well as poor customer service.

They went through the belongings in my vehicle. Took 4 hours to complete an oil change on my vehicle when I had an express appointment scheduled and I took my vehicle an hour before my appointment time. They also couldn’t locate my vehicle for about 30 mins. The manager did nothing and just stated he’d put a note stating for nobody to go through my vehicle and I told him nobody should be going through my vehicle in the first place. I would love for someone to give me a call to complain about the manager at the location and the employees. ****-****-xxxx
