Having a 10:40 appointment, I discussed with the service technician that I needed an oil change , I also informed that the battery was replaced a week ago, and they may have not reset my system because my cruise control stopped working can they check it, I was a little surprised at approximately 1:40 I was text a list of recommendations for items the technician suggested to be done, we decided to have the transmission fluid replaced , this was three hours after my appointment time , I started to text the service technician to do the transmission.service, then I spotted Mr. Perez at his desk and I proceeded over to talk with him about the time it was taking to get to this point, I understand he has no control over the time It takes for the technicians to finish their job, but three hours to do an oil change and send me a list of recommendations. It seems you may be understaffed overbooking as of today. I have not been on the freeway to check the cruise control to see if it was even checked. I will let you know how that goes in the next few days

The customer service was bad. The lack of communication with me was bad. The part needed for my vehicle was delayed. I was told the vehicle be done by Saturday. Then Monday cam along with no update by days end. Finally I called on Tuesday and the vehicle was complete.
