Not only were we not helped in a timely manner when I arrived for my appointment at 940 AM, but to make matter worse, the associate who decided to help, Michael B charged me for something that I did not ask for. I was clear and even repeated myself and the intentions of service I wanted but after receiving the bill, there was more there than I had requested. My car already had taken an observably long time for something that seemed simple and we waited with patience, only to be rewarded with upcharges and snide comments.

I wanted to have been informed of the status of my vehicle earlier. I dropped off my car around 10am. I did not hear from the service center. I have to call the service center sometime approximately 4pm to find out the status. I received a text around 4:40pm that it is ready for pickup and the last pickup is 5:15. What if I’m far away and won’t make it on time. It would be nice to have been notified early on.
