Honda gave me back my vehicle with a dead battery. They had it in the shop for over a month. I’m sure it had to have a jump start before getting back and did not even have the courtesy to tell me that. Horrible service.

Horrible service. I went in for an oil change and when I went to pick up my car my car wouldn't start. I questioned the service department regarding my car not turning on. I asked them to look at my car as it was turning off. They were hesitant to look at my car as they were closing. They never informed me that one of the tunes got ripped.

I was really disappointed with the vehicle service , the front desk was excellent but the actual civic service was a disappointment. The invoice states that all the fluids on the civic were full to the appropriate max indicator. But that was no the case it’s my civic service. The radiator and window fluid were at minimum levels. I have timestamp pictures of the issues. I hope other customers don’t have the experience that I did. We take our vehicles to your dealer for trustworthy and peace of mind.

Ruben Marquez was very supportive and did great for the Recall repairs. Besides the Recall gas pump issues, Honda Clarify vehicles develop other manufacture problems with the electrical system issue front cameras. These issues trigger and compromise driver-SAFETY, such as: 1. Lane .Keeping assist, 2.collision mitigation system, 3.adaptive cruise control, 4.road departure mitigation problems and more. We really love the Honda Clarity performance but these manufacturers system defects are too expensive to repair. We don’t know what to do with this good vehicle, it is not even pass 100, 000 miles and still new to us. We hope Honda Clarity can review and consider to help resolving or fixing these issues, so people like us who love the Clarity can have this road- mates longer on the daily driving journeys. Thanks
