I came in for a simple oil change, but Ruben helped me so much. My AC has been messed up for two years and I’ve asked other Honda techs and no one has ever helped me. After all this, Ruben fixed it in less than 2 hours. I appreciate his help. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him when I come back.

The service agent was great. This is the only feedback I have: for being the #1 Honda Store in the world, I was stunned to hear you do not offer a shuttle service or a free loaner vehicle for the day. Especially when it’s related to recall services from Honda. It shouldn’t be on the consumer expense to figure out their transportation for faulty manufacture parts. Nonetheless, I hope this service is improved and solutions are offered to their customers.

1. My car, in for a service recall, was not completed properly and I had to return to dealership to get it fixed. 2. My other car is a Subaru and there are 4 ways your service could improve relative to theirs. a. Provide ride service within 10 mile radius of dealership - I had to pay $65 for Ubers b. Provide accurate time estimate - I was told the recall repair would take 4.5 hours. In fact it took 1.5 - had I known that I would have waited. c. Offer a car wash after service d. At least offer a coffee machine for those waiting. I have no issue with Aaron Perez, none of this was his issue Thanks for considering

On the way home from my vehicles first service, a TPMS message came on my dash stating my right rear tire pressure was low. I went to buy a tire pressure gauge and checked all my tires and they were all at 26psi. when the stated psi was 35 for the front and 32 for the rear tire. Something I thought would be taken care of during the “world class multipoint inspection”. I fixed it myself but makes me distrust the dealership if they truly did the rest of the stated tasks. I also noticed in the paperwork that it states that I refused the dealership from adding air into my tires when I never did. It is a small inconvenience but makes me think twice toward bringing my vehicle back for any other services. Im sure the dealership would have fixed it if I’d brought the vehicle back but I was quite a distance already.
