I went in for the recall on my Honda CRV and had an appointment for an oil change as well. I told Joseph this. Nothing was mentioned to me about the Fuel Induction/Throttle Body Service that is recommended. When I picked up my car Joseph was at lunch so someone else helped me and gave me the paperwork and my keys and I was told my car was parked in the lot. I got to my car and the smell of gasoline was very strong inside so I drove with the car windows down. I wish I was warned about the smell. When I got home I looked at my paperwork and there was no Multi-Point Inspection report attached. The main reason I take my car to Honda is for this report. I’m very disappointed. I should of known it would be very busy for Saturday. As for Mr. Marquez, I have no bad things to say about him. I was greeted very professional like, as I sit in my car for someone to assist me.

They promise that the car will be ready in 1 and a half hour but I waited for 2 hours. I had to call the service dept to ask about the status of my car. The txt that the car is ready was late. I already approached my service advisor. Why do we have to look for our own car when it’s done unlike in other Honda dealership somebody drives the car park it in front of the service dept. You can also request to have it washed

Service was fine and I was out of there fairly quickly. My only gripe is that no one welcomed me when I got in and was waiting for about 5-10 mins for someone to greet me and get me checked in.

"Check tire pressure" light was on when I got my car back. I was told the service dept will check the brake and tire as part of the maintenance check including the oil change.

I don’t like that I was discouraged by the tech to not check my car about issues I’m experiencing with the steering wheel when driving on the highway. Very condescending, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced “annoyed” attitude by the service team. The only positive experience I’ve had at Honda was when I purchased the car, everything after was been disappointing. You guys need to train these guys a little better.
