When my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was not notified. I just happened to see if sitting in the finished line. I looked for the rep and ha wasn't to be found. I asked another rep and he said the guy was at lunch. He did finish the paperwork and I was over charged from what I was originally told. He corrected that and I left. I realized I was not given the paperwork that indicates red, green or yellow.
