Both of the service people who helped me were so unbelievably rude. I tried to follow up, they refused to talk to me. I even called after to talk to the manager, never called me back.
I was told on the phone my service would take 30 min. I was there for two hours. Wasn’t an issue, if the people were any good at their customer facing jobs.
The guys who took my car and helped me pull up were incredible.
Such a bummer because I would have continued service but after today I will not be back.

I had a great experience with Ramiro, my service tech. He did an excellent job fixing the AC in my car fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing up. It’s not easy to find reliable and honest service, but Ramiro definitely delivered.
