Said in my invoice all fluids were top off. Why is my wiper water empty? I had to top it off by myself. How sure I am that all other fluid was top off if the simple water for the wiper was literally empty.

Everything was great except the dashboard panel indicated low tire pressure on all tires. I inflated all tires to 41 psi, but still the display read low tire pressure on all four tires.
