I took my car in to be checked out for the torque converter campaign. I been getting burnt smells especially on these hot days and in traffic the transmission struggles at speeds 30-40mph to shift. Even though no lights are on the dashboard are on this is not normal. I got poor communication on the service advisor part and was told they couldn’t duplicate the issue and just because on the short drive time done doesn’t mean there is no issue with this vehicle.

Thanh Sabatier is a wonderful, and knowledgeable employee! He understood my needs, and he explained issues with my cars in vocabulary that I could understand. Both my Honda’s, on two different days within a week, were serviced and Mr. Sabatier helped me with each one; he is a great reflection on your dealership!
