I had a scheduled appt. for 9:00 am. The person that checked me in put a cone on my car that said express service 9:20. I sat there waiting while everyone pas by me. This in turn made me late for a vet appt.
Needless to say, I was not happy!????

He was so kind and professional . He totally apologized for someone else’s mistake ! Joseph Vargas provided the best customer service and from now on when I bring my car in for service I will specifally ask for Joseph Vargas !

I left my car overnight to wait for a new key to arrive. I called the next day at 11:30 I was told my service advisor was busy but would call me. At 2:30 I had not heard back so I went to dealership, my car had yet to be started. That was extremely frustrating, my car was a week old and there was no priority to fix my car. My sales rep contacted me and when I told him I wa sitting in the dealership, he ran over for my car fixed and brought it to me. After I was home with my car, I received a text from my service advisor my car was ready for pickup. Had it not been for my sales rep I might never have gotten the work done as promised.

There were too many people in the service lobby. I felt uncomfortable the whole time there because no one was cleaning or wiping down contaminated surfaces. Additionally, the service staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. What I did not like was that no one notified me when my car was completed. I literally had to walk outside the lobby and see my car parked and ready to go.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:20 am. Two hours later I inquired as to the status of my vehicle and was informed that it was ready and parked up front. I don’t know how long my car had been ready for, but I would of liked to be informed immediately especially after waiting for two hours. I also feel like the dealership is deceiving. I say this due to the fact that I had a coupon for a $39.95 oil change, but was charged $49.95. The sales person did not offer an explanation. I had to ask why the extra $10.00 and he said it was due to the type of oil my car required. I would have liked the coupon to specify which vehicles would qualify for the $39.95 price. Furthermore I have been to many dealerships that offer a free car wash with any service purchase, but none was offered.
