I bought my car from this location in 2017 and have been bringing my car to this location for service since then. Each time my car needs service I am always hesitant to bring it into this location because I always face someone trying to upsell me something for my vehicle. However, today Joseph Vargas was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, honest, upfront, and nice! He did not try to sell me anything other than what my vehicle needed. I was very happy with the service that Joseph Vargas provided and will definitely bring my car back and ask directly for him to assist me in the future.

I’m not satisfied to your service coz after 4 hrs they do something to my car. They call me and they said it’s done already but is not completely finish coz the tools that they using is broken , my god your a big company Honda but you using only one tools and no spare. You wasting my time, I need to go back again for another appointment. Pls teach your staff a proper conduct and learn them how to entertain the customers.

Bryan did help me out to resolve my problem. I have no complaints about him. My complaint is with the body shop that you sent my car to get the running boards installed. I picked up the car and at close inspection, the passenger boa was loose. I then had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get it fixed. I find it unacceptable that the body shop didn’t even check that they were installed correctly. That is a safety issue that could’ve caused an accident.
Again, my complaint is with the original shop you sent my car to get them installed.

As I’m leaving the dealer and get on the freeway the tire pressure light went on (it’s never happened) I had to turn back around to have it te checked. It seemed like it had the wrong tire pressure on 2 tires and they didn’t reset the sensor
