I took my car in running I was able to take it to point a to point B without an issue the entire week. I was recommended by a friend to take it to the Honda service center at norms in Reeves and ultimately that would be the worst thing I ever did. I took in an operable car and got back and in operable not running car and still had to pay $800 I was only trying to do a check to find out what was having an issue with my car I only wanted a diagnostic instead I got a hefty bill and a car that I couldn’t even drive home and I had to wait almost 3 hours for a tow truck driver.
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had as far as a car service dealer and once again I am reminded why I will never go here again

MR Mendoza should have been more kindly explainning concerns of issues of my car. I didn't go to Honda dealer for being treated just giving me that I have to spend lots of money on my car. Mr Mendoza wasn't good mood and has irritating personality. I want to see the welcome environment of Norm Reeves. Hopely Mr Mendoza remember always he is dealing with customers with their car issues. I need someone with willing to help. Not just doing their job!
