Jonathan didn’t really look at my car but immediately told me that my car needed rear brakes and that he can tell. I had just done my brakes in June so from June to November I don’t think my brakes would have worn out that fast and I let him know and he said well that’s what I see. Also I was a little on a time crunch but my estimated time said 10:30 so no big deal. Well my car was done by 9:54 if I hadn’t went outside to check, my car would have sat there for a while I got my car like at 11:30 and I was waiting for him at his desk since 11:14. He didn’t really care about his customer and I understand that they get busy but every customer matters. We are people not money bags dont try to add services not needed.
