Mr. Barr was kind and provided great customer service. My issue isn’t about him at all. My issue is that it took three hours to get my oil changed. Apparently, the process of scheduling an appointment does not actually mean an appointment. It is simply a time that you show up and then your car is placed in a queue. My time is valuable and that does not work for me.

ZERO information on what is wrong with our Odyssey and what cussed the engine to misfire. I had to look it up on the web and find out about the VCM issue. It seems Honda does NOT even want to acknowledge the problem, even though 5 companies make a fix that turns off the VCM.
Basically my dad and I were lied to when we bought the car. Apparently driving mostly slow in the city on ECO mode causes tons on piston ring wear. If we had known this major flaw, we would not have bought the car.
