I miss my MRI testing because the car was ready at 10:38 and I was waiting for someone to call me so I could pay. I saw when my car was ready and who ever was supposed to. All me did not until I had to go and ask why was my car parked for over 20 minutes and never got a call at all. I miss my MRI imaging and lost my $200 dollars I got charge because I was late for my appointment. I got to the dealer around 8:42 and by 10:42 my car would be ready but instead paperwork was just put away and it was until pass 11 that I had to go and ask why someone didn’t call me because the person that got my info knew I was waiting for my car. I’m a disabled person and needed to have my back MRI done but your people have too much time on their hands to be on the phone . I wasn’t the only person with this issue. Several patients had the same problem. Who’s gonna reimburse me for the money I lost. Hour service department has too much time on their hands to be watching videos and laughing in group. What a costly visit and being my first visit to your location was a disappointment. And your store is supposed to be. #1 ? I should had gone to Honda world in Westminster. They’re serious about customer service !
