I had Ricardo Badillo assisting me and it was the worst experience ever 1- I asked for any promotions and he ignored me. 2- I asked if he can assist me with a missing car piece and he said he would and nothing was done. I had to come in person on 1/26/22 and then I had to come back again on 1/27/22 and he doesn’t call to confirm that my car has been ready for the longest. I had to call the service center multiple times to finally get a supervisor to confirm that my car has been ready for a while. This needs immediate attention, I understand Covid but cmon if you don’t want to work or at least help a female then you’re in the wrong industry.
