We were not satisfied with the service received. We went in for an oil change. We had an appointment and got to the service bay at 7:40am.
After two hours of waiting, my wife went to ask about the wait time. Instead of the rep coming out or even texting about the long wait. We realize that our oil change is not a high $$ money maker for Cerritos Honda. But customer service should be extended to all customers. Our prior service appointment was a high $$ money maker and we had faster service than today. We are long time customers and we deserve better.

Joseph Vargas was very accommodating with me! I showed up with no appointment, and bad brakes. It happened Sunday! I could not call for an appointment, but he got me in at 7:30 AM, and out at 3:00 PM. Had the rotors turned, infotainment fixed, replaced the trans fluid, replaced the air filters, balance all the tires. It was quite a few jobs, but got them done! Thank you Joseph!!????????????
