Steve is a good rep who told me and explained the recommendations of my car re leaks here and there on my shock absorbers, axle drive etc. so I give him good ???? marks for that but what I am not satisfied with was when I asked him if I had those problems repaired, how long will that repair last and I get responses of uncertainty.

I brought in my car two weeks ago with same concern and they claimed to not have seen any issue. Now they say they saw a broken part and repairs are $1365.00 and that it isn’t covered under the warranty. I was then told that If I go somewhere else that it would void my warranty. How upsetting that I had to go out of my way twice with the same problem. Very disappointed.
