He tried to charge me for a service that was already in my maintenance package till I reminded him, very slow. My car was ready for over 10 minutes and he didn't even start the paperwork yet

They were supposed to do a multi point inspection on the car that included checking the tire pressure. I don't know if the multi-point inspection was done but they never checked the pressure on my tires I had one tire that had low pressure and all tires had multiple different pressure and nothing was adjusted
