Jacob exceeded my expectations with today’s service appointment. He called me to inform me that my headlight’s DRL was burnt out and said that it was still under warranty. The car had not come in for this service but I appreciate the attention to detail. My vehicle’s service was completed quickly and without any issues and my headlight assembly was replaced for free.
