Excellent job for my 5000 Mike service and the total completion of checking all the systems. I'm very impressed with the service.

Was texted about air filters about 1 hour and 20 minutes after dropping off my car, the features said 0.00 dollars but before I could answer “Yes” I got another text telling me the car was done. Then I called and left a voicemail about performing the work but I did not get a call back and it was not done. When I retrieved the vehicle the lady explained that those features always say 0.00 but would have been over 100 dollars each to perform, that would have really upset me because it’s so misleading, I would not have paid. She shrugged it off like it was no big deal and was like “oh, that’s a messed up feature lol” but re instated to just bring my car in next time. I bought the car there and it’s always had it’s services there and no other place. Just a weird situation to note, doesn’t really bring trust on your place to be deceiving that way and for your workers to be nonchalant about it. I’m the director of operations down the street at the Waterfront Beach Resort and I would never put something out there in that manner, just bad form and something you should fix ASAP. Thank you for the platform.

He took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions which made me feel comfortable and built my trust to come back again. Thanks Tony and team for your excellent service.

I scheduled a service appt. w/advisor John Le for a set of tires. When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted by Benito. He was kind and professional and asked what brought me in that day. I stated I was there for an appt. w/John to have my tires replaced. I explained John had quoted tires from my previous service and I was back to have addressed. He apologized and said John was off for the day, but offered to assist, instead of turning me away. I presented a written quote for tires and he kindly excused himself to check to make sure the tires were in stock. He came back to confirm they had the tires and would honor the written quote. I also shared that I needed my sunroof cover looked at, as it seemed to be off track. He advised he would have it looked at, but couldn't promise it could be fixed but would recommend a facility up the street to address, if needed. I left, so my vehicle could be serviced. A couple hours later, Benito called and shared my tires were replaced, they fixed my sunroof cover and also addressed a couple of brake lights that were out. And, for being a long time valued customer, did the replacement lights & adjustment of sunroof cover at no charge. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I have never heard of a service dept. doing something for free! Here was this incredibly generous gentleman being so gracious and making sure my service needs were met plus, addressing items not even on the list, so I could be safe in the road. He went above & beyond my expectations in providing exemplary service. I can't say enough wonderful things about Benito, he is by far what every company should model what excellent customer service should look like!
