Out of all the times I’ve gone which have been several because all my maintenance is with the dealer this one time and probably one other I’ve had a great customer service with the person at the desk. Benito was by far the best very welcoming and nice. I forgot to use a coupon that is online and would love that maybe you guys would give it automatically at the front but that’s the only thing I can say I would change from this visit!

I dropped my car off in November to get this sound looked at. The techs thought it was the vtc actuator but they decided to replace a different part in my car. I took my car back on Saturday 1/22/2022 because the noise returned. The tech at the Time said of it was the vtc actuator it is under warranty when I took it in November. Well my car needs a new vtc and now Honda wants me to pay 935 for it when I already paid 700 for a part I did not need. The tech Yvette was supposed to get back to me to see if we could apply the 700 I paid last time to the work that needs to be done but she never got back to me. Honda lost a good customer.

I didn’t even have an appointment this morning with Norm Reeves Honda Service Center and I simply showed up when they opened. A warning light was on for a few days that I wanted to have checked. I was assisted by John Le a few minutes after I arrived. He had my vehicle checked immediately. He also recommended additional service that my vehicle needed. I was very happy that he took the time to inspect my vehicle for the overdue maintenance for my Honda Accord. It is a pleasure to work with a service advisor that is so diligent and thorough. John has my highest recommendation and I look forward to the day that he is promoted to Service Manager and his compensation matches his work ethic.

Hello,
I had my car serviced for a new Key FOB. John Le was great and the new Key FOB works well; however, my vehicle had about 30 additional miles when I received it.
I am unfamiliar with how a Key FOB is installed. I was surprised to see about 30 miles used after I dropped off my vehicle.
