Happy with the service advisor but not happy with the service. My tire pressure was off. 33 on on tire. 35 on the other three.

you guys dont need to call me. It was not a good experience because when I ordered the shuttle to come back to my house to drive me back to honda to get my car, I waited outside for 40 mins and called multiple times and texted honda in hopes of getting someone to come. no one picked up the phones or replied to the texts. lyft app on my phone was not working. my phone was dying so I ended up asking my neighbor to give me a ride. when I arrived, it was not even busy. No one even replied to my text about me still waiting for the shuttle, even though the messages initially stated " please reply here if you have questions and your car is ready for pickup"

Ivette described it best when she told me she tries to be “present” for each customer and their issues. I had observed her spending extra time with a customer that required plenty of TLC. Ivette was patient and professional during the entire interaction. I expect excellent service, that’s why I keep coming back. What I saw today was the frosting on the cake.
