I came in to get my car looked at. Oil had been spilling from the bottom of the car. Benito helped me with the issue. Turns out the bolt holding the oil had fallen out from an oil change I got done elsewhere. Benito was very friendly and quickly helped me solve the problem with my car. Thank you!

We made another appointment to have our new tires realigned as the car is veering right when I drive straight. We purchases new 4 new tires today along with wheel alignment service. This is an inconvenience to bring my car back in to the Huntington Beach service department. I use my Honda Pilot to commute to work. My wife and son will need to take my car in tomorrow. I will be driving my daughter’s car to work for the 2nd day.
Recommendation- Make sure your technicians master their skills in performing a wheel alignment.
