Advisor was new and friendly. Still learning and that’s understandable. Been coming here for 20 years and always felt service was worth the added cost of not feeling manipulated. Benito Torres has always been my favorite advisor but despite making appointments with him, I end up with whom ever is available. Just didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency on costs for repairs on this particular visit and also having to inform the advisor of service specials instead of the other way around. But he was new and maybe unaware of the deals. However, stating that tires need to be rotated so matter of fact like it had to be done as part of the oil change service without notifying the customer of the extra $29.95 labor fee feels manipulative. I prefer to make an informed decision. Perhaps that’s not the advisor’s fault and is standard practice now. If that’s the case, this ends my loyalty in getting my car serviced here.
