Excellent customer service. Tony was so polite and very professional. He was very patient and took the time to explain what each service was for. I initially brought my car in for servicing on 2/21 at 11:30am. I had scheduled the appointment online and had noted that my A/C was not working in the comment section of the appointment booking. However, in the afternoon of 2/21, I was told that the service department was busier than usual and that they would not be able to fix the A/C by closing time. I had to bring my car back the next day for the A/C repair (related to a recall) to be completed. It’s a hassle to have to bring my car in twice, plan my day around not having a car, because they couldn’t get it done. I think they need to improve their ability to properly plan capacity. I feel like they prioritize customers who wait onsite for their service to be completed vs. those who get a ride and go back home, which if this is the case, is wrong. I made a 11:30am appointment and the service shop closes at 6pm. In my opinion, this should have been sufficient time to complete the job. I really like Viviana and think she is very good, but this issue seemed to be out of her control.
