Benito Torres is great service manager, who is always courteous,helpful and very knowledgeable. Benito and his brother Haviar, the mechanic who worked on my car, are both outstanding individuals. Infact, the Torres brothers are the only reason why I bring my Honda Pilot in for servie at your Honda Superstore in H B. Next week I am going to bring my wife’s Honda Pilot in for service and of course request the Torres brothers. I am a retired professor and I would give both the Torres brothers an A+ grade for the work they perform.

Benito Torres was excellent! From the time he met me at my car, he was warm, friendly, and very easy to speak to. Since I have a 2016, he sure that I was up-to-date with my service requirements.
