I was very pleased with my service today, Ivette was very nice, professional and answered all my questions I had regarding my vehicle. She explained everything thoroughly on what was done to my vehicle and gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was taken care of. I had issues this morning with my battery and had to jump start my car, Ivette made sure they did battery test and was able to replace it with no extra cost. I was very happy with the service I received from Ivette and will always come back to Norm Reeves for maintenance for my Honda because of the excellent service I received.
