Unfortunately I’ve had to see her 3 times this year due to my car being broken into. I would be happy if Honda had some program that if your car gets broken into multiple times that you would fix the car at discount. Apparently is you jam a screwdriver in the door handle it rolls the windows down. Car is super easy to break in to.
Otherwise, ivette has been great and is a great employee!

Tony went out of his way to make my situation work out. My audio device went kaput after three years of owning my car. He suggested that I check with my credit union warranty to see if they could offset the $1200 cost to reinstall the media device in my Honda accord. I found out that my warranty would pay for the entire amount. I called Tony up and he in effect said that he would take care of the rest and would notify me when the media device arrived. The media device was installed yesterday and now I have my Bluetooth back and I can play my music and Have hands-free access to my phone . Tony was very polite and very professional and we had a good repore together. A very polite and caring man, Tony is.
