Very disappointed in my expierence with using my extended warranty. When the salesman said bumper to bumper excluding brakes and tires, I believed him. Nothing has been covered. He also told my warranty was good until 100,000 for the tire package, etc.
Yvette was great, but I'm still pissed about nothing being covered and having to repeatedly come back for the same emissions problem over and over.

As always I was approached as I pulled up and a service man called Benito who assisted me. Explained everything my car needed done and how long it would take. When my car was done he sent a text and called me to let me know. Before I paid he took the time to again Explained what was done to my car. He was VERY friendly and helpful.
