My service provider was very calm and collected at first I thought she was not caring about my situation and I felt as if my compliant on my vehicle was not valid. I was emotional because my car brakes on 22 freeway in the carpool lane going 70 mph. But in the end she helped a lot and I appreciate her being as polite as she was.

Quoted estimated time for the job was longer than I expected but was completed within an acceptable time frame. A+ for this experience! [On a side note (not about Benito Torres): Customer service on the phone needs improvement. Called to inquire about pricing, services, & appointment, but the phone rep wasn’t able to answer my questions & said a service rep would call me back. Over 2hrs & no follow-up from anyone. I called back & was transferred to a service rep who said I could pay for a driver to get my car ready for a smog check but that I couldn’t get the smog test done there because it’s a conflict of interest. I called back to make an appointment, but the rep said I couldn’t make an appointment for the smog check & driver on the same visit/day. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t understand this. It didn’t make sense to me that I couldn’t get a smog check & should my car not be ready to be tested, that I could pay for a driver service to get my car ready for the smog check. Luckily, she transferred me to Gerardo who said both services could done on the same day & quickly made an appointment for me. Therefore, more training is needed for customer service reps over the phone: knowledge about services, estimated time frame & pricing, consistency in policies, etc… There should also be a policy in place to return customer inquiries within 1-2hrs..]

Benito is the only person we deal with. He has always been very honest and straight forward about the service and repairs needed.

Benito Torres has helped me more than once when I’ve brought in my 2015 Honda Odyssey. Every time he has greeted me w/ a smile and has walked me through what needs to get done & if I wasn’t prepared for the cost we’ve made arrangements to get what I could afford done then & on the next time we would handle what was left to do on the van. He is a real asset to your team and his 25 years of experience and his customer service is top notch. Always a pleasure when Benito is helping me out. Thanks again until next time
