She’s fabulous and gave me much better service than the last few times I was in. I’ve been going there nearly 30 years and have bought 2 cars there and I was worried that the quality had gone down so far that I might need to reconsider taking my car there or buying another car there. She restored my faith in NRH by small gesture that go a long way. She made sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. She listened to the reason I was unhappy the last few times and seemed like she actually cared (as opposed to the last FOUR people I relayed the same information to). She made me feel heard and offered a small thing that made me feel “whole” in relation to the thing that happened before that made me feel taken advantage of by NRH. In other words, she understands that it doesn’t take a huge amount of money or time to make a customer happy—her joy in her job, her integrity, and her accountability put her head and shoulders above the rest in my book. She’s a keeper. If she’s due for a raise, I’d get on that ASAP! She’s a born leader.
