I scheduled online for an oil change, which it said cost around $60. When I went to bring in van, she said it would be $164. I said that is not what it said online. She did match price after I complained but what if I had not been paying attention. I would have been totally ripped off. Ugh! We have been bringing our cars there for 20 years. This was a bad experience.
