Benito is kind, courteous, and makes my family feel valued as Honda owners. We have four Hondas in our family and have been a Honda family for a few decades. Plus, we split our time between central California and Orange County and Norm Reeves of HB has become our go-to dealer for maintenance and repairs. Thank you to the incredible staff who work there. However, our only complaint is that our Hondas are not regularly given a courtesy wash with each visit as that was a courtesy extended to our family years ago when using a Honda dealership up north. It was always great to pull out of the dealer with a clean and repaired car. “Food for thought” for your dealer.

I brought my civic in about a year ago to have my AC serviced because the air went out and when I got my car back the windshield wiper lever to turn it on and off would get stuck and jammed when I tried to use it after the car was returned to me. Last week I brought my car for an oil change and yesterday I went to get something out of my glove compartment and the whole drawer just dropped down and I am unable to close the glove compartment now. That’s twice I brought my car and my car is returned damaged… I always bring my car to be serviced by your store but this is super disappointing.

Viviana contacted me with updates on my AC service and diagnostic test. She informed me of the required replacement part. I requested to speak with the service manager as well regarding the poor performance of the AC system since buying my 2018 Honda Clarity. They both offered to contact the Honda corporate customer service department to review its history. I was told I would hear back within 72 hours about the replacement options.
