Tony was great, efficient, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He called and kept me informed on what they found I needed with my fit and he called when they were done When I picked up my car, which was washed! He took time to explain and go all the paperwork with me including everything that was right with my car (much appreciated, no one’s ever done that before) Excellent communication, easy to talk to. Toni was very receptive in the sense that when he saw my standing by my car he came out and asked if I had been helped yet which I replied no but not in a hurry, he then asked me inside , holding the door for me and took care of everything, I have been bringing my 1991 civic for oil changes to u guys for years because the dealership was sympathetic to my needs and we’re ok with me bringing my own oil to save money, Tony pulled up my past visits and afforded the same consideration for me , most places don’t allow customers to bring their own parts or oil because they loose money on the mark up, but he quickly saw how long I had been doing this and gave me a good fair price without making me feel embarrassed or bad about having to save money because of the financial situation I have been in since I suffered medical problems that left me unable to work and living on a ridiculously low income ,
I’d have to say that it’s a indication of Tony’s character , ethics and integrity, all very important qualities in today’s society,
Tony is an exemplary employee and deserves recognition for these quality’s , qualities that should be recognized by the dealership’s management .

I have never had a complaint in all the years of having my car serviced. Today I came for my 1 pm appointment 5 minutes early. I was immediately told I needed $125 for other services without having my car looked at. I was told oil change be about an hour wait. It was closer to 2 hours because there were 4 other cars before me? I should have been told when I checked in. Then I was told after the long wait my car almost ready but needed 2 other filters for $133. I declined. I usually just deal with Benito who was off that day. I will only get additional services done if her is there.
