My wife only wanted an oil change and tire rotation as stated on a Honda coupon she brought (cost under $50). The salesman said to show it later so when I pulled it out to pay the bill, I was told you did an A1 serviced that included what she requested, but other things that added up to over $120, not clearly disclosed. No matter if service were needed or not, you should be completely upfront so the customer, especially a person who is not educated in the car mechanical matters, can decide if they want those services and can even afford them. It makes us doubt your care for your customers and if we would return for service.
