Dropped off car around 330pm and got call saying repairs are done by 6pm! Unbelievable turnaround, rotor resurfacing front and back along with replacing all 4 brakes!

I had to arrange with my two daughters to bring my car in for a recall and one had to take off work and the other one use part of her day off. I made an appointment and since they checked the vin number and verified with the parts department that they had the part one would assume they verified my car needed it. When my daughters brought the car in they were told my car didn’t need it. What a big inconvenience!! Someone didn’t check properly so that is why I cannot say is was a good experience.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had a 10:30 appointment. Approx 1 hr 40 min later John told me he was leaving and my car was coming off the lift right now. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wait time, because John originally told me about an hour. Almost 2hr later my car was finally ready. Come to find out a tire rotation was not done….. 2hrs for an oil change! Unacceptable! I requested to speak with a manger so I spoke with Jason who did his best to rectify the situation.
