Had an appointment scheduled for a hitch to be put on my vehicle. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told it would take about two hours. Left my vehicle and went home. Was notified about an hour later that the technician that was scheduled to work on my car had called in sick.
Had to come back to retrieve my vehicle and waste any other day to have a hitch installed. Very disappointing.

This no reflection on Richard - I am completely satisfied with Richard, he is very helpful and friendly and his service is excellent. This is about the service itself. I bright the car back for external detail for the scratch’s incurred while being serviced and the mirror is missing a part and worse than it was before I brought it in. This is now the 3rd time I’ve gotten my car back in 2 years in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The manager ordered a part for the mirror and I will bring it back later this week. I appreciate the follow up and the effort to make it right. But frustrating and time consuming.

Took longer than expected and was $30 more than told over the phone.
Tony was great The service tech came up to me like your “light is on” I told him it wasn’t when I arrived . He looked at me like I was in the error.
It seemed like a simple switch out a battery which I was quoted for at $160 by Tech and was more .
