1. Too damn many texts! I got a text saying my check in was completed while I was as being handed the paperwork. Obviously I knew that.
2. I had to call to find out if my car was going to be kept overnight and I was going to have to cancel an appointment I had. When I made the appointment I was told the parts were in hand, but was told something else when I arrived.
3. Finally was called over 2 hours into the appointment that my car actually didn’t need the extra parts and was ready. Immediately after that call I got 2 more texts stating the same thing. Irritating and excessive. All to give illusion of “good service “, rather then the personal service the dealership gave years ago.
