John communicates well. He reviewed the service request I had made and pointed out how close I was to needing an oil change along with the services that are included when my “wrench” icon is displayed on my panel. I have the HRV. Excellent information which I took him up on. I appreciated that information. Usually I wait for my car, but this was a service that would take more hours than usual. Not only did John request an Uber to take me home, which came within minutes, but also said he could request one for my return to the dealership. And I was in and out of the dealership in what I thought of as record time. Thank you
