Benito was very nice and explained things very clearly and told us what they were going to do and what the car needed. Originally, we came in just for the transmission change and brake fluid change. We didn’t know the state of our battery. Benito talked to us when he found out it was low. We were surprised and very grateful that he told us. He saved us a lot of time and stress that would’ve been caused if we left if for any longer. I’m very happy that we were able to meet him and he took great care of us. The next time we need Huntington Beach Honda’s services, I want to set up my appointment with him. It’s my first time meeting someone as nice as him, and I will definitely refer my friend to Benito if they need to. Benito was amazing as always. Even though we had a repair that cost over $1,000 which isn’t always easy to hear, Benito is extremely honest so you know the repair is necessary. He takes you through all the steps and makes you feel valued as a customer. He is the only one that I will let he’ll me, and that has been the case for over two decades. I trust him implicitly with my car, and my wife and I were discussing that we would even buy a Honda so that he could be our service person. Benito is the best.
