My problems weren’t been solved instead of that the service guy told me that my seatbelt’s needed to be checked which will take approximately 4 hours, even though I made an appointment with them 2 days prior, hence had to cancel the service session.
It’s been very frustrating when a company tries its best to sell a product but hesitates and make tough for you to get your product serviced later!!

Car battery was dead when got home!
Problem of oil leak occurred 12 months and 1 week after 800 repair was done to repair leak . I’m was leaking during warranty period but was not diagnosed then. Appreciate your thoughts.

The team is great at setting expectations and providing knowledgeable expertise.
If you take care of your Honda it will keep running well. I feel sad that some clients my ignore the standard maintenance then end up giving the service team a hard time.
