Two things:
1-I told the advisor that I had a $10 coupon sent via email that I wasn’t able to locate at the time of picking up the vehicle. She disregarded my request and ran the credit card for the full balance.
2- noticed after leaving the dealership that brake inspection wasn’t completed as part of the multi point inspection. Called and left a message to inquire about that. Call wasn’t returned. I have serviced this vehicle since I purchased it from this same dealership back in 2019. Better customer service would be more appreciated.
