I had an oil change done and picked up the car. I noticed oil dripping in my driveway and garage. I took it back the next morning and was told the service person did not adequately clean up after the oil change.
I expected Honda Quality service not something that happens at a second class organization like Pep Boys.
I should be compensated for my time and gas returning my car to be taken care of. Additional time spent on cleaning my driveway and garage floor.

I also like your service representative Rod. He was very polite and friendly. I wish you continued success. I live in Los Angeles however the Honda place near our house was not very impressive. My wife had purchased tires and a warranty from Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach. We now live near the location in Alhambra. We took her car to that location due to a nail in her tire and they would not honor the warranty. That being said I drive to Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach for my car maintenance.
