More than well done! I had a problem with a lower engine cover hanging loose and scraping the road. I used to live in HB and new of Norm Reeves, so I headed there. Got there just before 8 AM and John Le said he’d check it. In a little over an hour he had it fixed! I think Honda commercials tout “Honda cares”. Well John Le does! All@ no charge!!! He also advised me of needed tire replacements which was not noted by my current Honda services dept. Thank you John. Tom H

Clayton was outstanding, and his taken and delivery procedures. I had him go the extra distance with explanations of future services.
My displeasure was the fact that after my previous service, it was not explained to me the necessary procedures that needed to be done. I almost crashed today because my car did not slow down in a proper fashion. Had I known that the majority my fluids were low, I would have taken care of sooner instead of being put in danger. Very unhappy to be put in that situation.

I was told by your salesman that I had a warranty that guaranteed a windshield replacement if there was a hole from a rock. I have a crack and hole from a rock in my windshield, and it was not repaired. Now I have a brand new Accord Hybrid with a broken windshield and no help from the dealership. It’s really a disgrace. I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed. I will try to reach someone who can help me with this issue. Don’t have your salesmen lie to customers. We’re trying to have a civilization here.
