John Le helped me in assisting with problems I needed. The previous employee that was assisting me told me that I was unable to do my recall because the appointment is only made by call, not online. I told her that I was able to make the appointment online, but she told me that if I wanted to get my car fixed and the appointment had to be called. I did not appreciate the female employee telling me to leave and call online for an appointment instead of other alternatives like helping me make an appointment there or explain nicely and thoroughly about rescheduling my appointment. She’s the only female employee at Norm Reeves and she had a mean attitude towards me as if she was in a hurry and having something else to do. That’s not right. John Le helped me with my issues and with a light-hearted attitude. He was very polite and helped me with rescheduling my recall and even meeting me on the appointment day to continue helping my recall appointment. He also helped me with paperwork and made everything easy for me at my convenience. I really appreciate John for helping me with my recall appointment.

They had to deal with 2 hour work intervals, because of an ignition interlock device, that complicated the process & yet they came through beautifully. Many many thanks.
