My service advisor, didn’t coordinate with me as to when my car was going to be ready. Called the main service line & said he wasn’t available. Last thing we talked about was him trying to upsell me telling me that I needed a new air filter & engine filter.. took it to my local mechanic shop and said it was good for another 5-10k miles. Been going to this dealership to do my service & this is the first time I got a terrible service.. going to try the one on Westminster.
