The inconsistentcy between what the recall letter from Honda said and what your work order said is odd and troubling.

Ivette diagnosed my car back in May, and assured me that even though the part needed was back ordered it would be fixed. She assured me and had me reach out to Honda Corporate to expedite the process. We were able to get the part and so far my cat has been well there are other issues going on as well but she’s currently in the process on looking into the issue
